TAPAN's 47th Annual Conference will be held in Dallas, TX
October 20 - 21, 2023
Please select the registration option that applies to your situation (scroll down to the TAPAN logos below). Please note there are Member, NON-Member and Student options. If we are unable to verify your membership is active on the day of the program, you will be required to pay the NON-member rate or submit a membership application to the TAPAN Treasurer prior to attending any sessions. Students please show your student ID at the registration desk.
Early Bird Registration: Registration completed by September 29, 2023.
Handouts: No handouts will be provided at the conference. You will be provided a link on your confirmation email to download any handouts provided by the speakers. Handouts will not be available until after October 1st (or when received from the speakers)
President's Reception Attendees: If you plan to attend the President's Reception on Friday evening, please also click the "I will attend President's Reception" icon so we can get a head count. (Select your conference registration first, "go to checkout". You will see an option "continue shopping". Click that and come back to select the President's Reception icon.) You must have a paid conference registration to attend. Guest passes are available for the President's Reception if the paid member wishes to bring a guest.
Dietary Restrictions: If you require a vegetarian meal or have food allergies, please type this in the "Note to Seller" box on the checkout page. TAPAN does not guarantee the ability to grant special requests.
CE Requirements for Successful Completion: Participants must attend the entire program, score 80% on the post-test, and must turn in the two evaluation forms at the end of the program to receive contact hour credit.
Refunds: Written notice is required for all refunds. Request for a refund must be received by 9/29/2023. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted. No refunds will be considered after 9/29/2023.

Cancellation Policy: TAPAN reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment or unforseen circumstances. All fees will be fully refunded.
